A dynamic and one-of-a-kind program that lays a strong foundation for building strong skills of manners, etiquette, and communication. Includes powerful behavioral tools to help identify and strengthen positional and personal power and develop strong and effective communication and leadership skills. Builds a connection and understanding of responsibilities and expectations between corporations, their executives and their clients. Participants come away confident, savvy, and hungry for more. Most programs require 2 hours. 25 participants per session preferred.

Rocks and Ripples for Women

A unique and powerful program that creates insights into who we are as women and how our actions and values impact those around us and society as a whole. Be prepared to be entertained, enlightened, encouraged, and motivated to make a difference in your life and the lives of those you come into contact with. Includes: role models, personal image, personal power, effective communication, passions, social skills at home, socially, and in society. An 8-hour seminar, intended for large groups.

Social Skills for Aspergers & High-Functioning Autism Disorders

While formal and large group programs are in development and not yet available, Ms.Bjerkestrand has approximately 20 years experience teaching special education. She has a patience and a passion for individuals with high functioning Autism and Aspergers. Ms. Bjerkestrand doesn’t claim to be an expert in all there is to know about Autism Spectrim Disorders. She is confident in her ability to connect and improve social skills and help with an understanding of social rules, behaviors, and manners. Available as private and consultation basis only. Multiple sessions will be scheduled as needed or requested.
